From the moment you begin discussions with our team about your business we will have been working out how to onboard you and your products in the most efficient way possible. The majority of the time our new clients need to limit the downtime and get ready for despatch goods as quickly as possible.
Preparation is key, we'll have loaded you and your products into our software, we'll have discussed how orders will arrive, and we'll have set up the goods in, storage and packing process for (and with) you. This means that when your goods arrive we will be ready to go.
Inbound Stock Notifications - ASN
An Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN) is a inbound shipment or purchase order you have placed with your supplier. Letting us know what is inbound is imperative in enabling us to prepare locations and goods in for your stock arrival.
Creating ASNs in our software is simple and ensures your goods will be ready to go back out the door in no time.
If you've done the organising yourself simply tell us what is coming and when it is going to arrive, then sit back and relax.
If we've done the import and or the transport then you are already relaxing in the knowledge that its under control.
We will prepare our premises and ready the warehouse team for your products arrival. Items will be counted off the vehicle and / or out of the container and logged. If your products need palletising, or indeed breaking down from pallets for easy picking then we'll do this too. If there are any errors in the count or damaged stock you'll be the first to know so you can log this with your supplier.
The next step is to confirm locations and carefully place your goods into our safe and secure warehouse or pick and pack rooms.
And of course, if you would like to be here when your goods arrive then we'd more than happily have you join us for the day. We make a mean cup of tea, but in return you would need safety boots and be prepared to wear one of our fetching High Viz vests.
You've done all the hard work and got the orders in and the last thing you want to do is change your whole process or embark on a costly development project to shoehorn those orders from your system into ours.

Our accounts team provide weekly pick and pack invoices highlighting each parcels movements and costs, along with monthly storage invoicing highlighting the movements in and out of the warehouse of your goods. This is enough for some, but not for others. For those of you requiring a little bit more our Pick & Pack Software provides a massive array of reporting functionality and with your own login you can get practically everything you need to understand what has happened with your goods over your chosen period. The software can even provide updates for your website to pick up every 15 minutes highlighting the orders and stock changes.
